Distillery slop is the main byproduct of the alcohol production process. It contains a large number of proteins which characterizes it as a perfect energy source for biogas production.

A special feature of our biogas plants is that they are standardized. This reduces the design therefore capital expenditures significantly. In order to do primary calculations of a distillery slop-based biogas plant, you should know:

  • type and moisture content of distillery slop;
  • quantity.

 

If it is difficult to determine the moisture content, you can use some statistical data:
